would a american bull dog get along with my small maltese dog?

if i were to get a american bulldog as a puppy would it get along with my maltese.(my maltese dog is friendly with other dogs and her weight is 10 lbs.)
I suggest that you do a TON more homework on the breed.
American Bulldogs are frequently small animal aggressive. It’s a desirable trait in American Bulldogs.
Maltese are small animals.
Even getting the AmBulldog as a puppy will not fix this breed trait. If the Maltese surprised the American Bulldog one day, he’ll be lunch.

If you get a puppy they’re should be no problems. Just remember to pay the same amount of attention to your maltese so he/she don’t feel left out. Good Luck.

I think it’s fine. Bull Dogs puppies who raise to grow with another dog are always the innocent one and they will know that they are not dominant of the other dog that was already there. We got a maltese puppy, and she was very loyal to our yorkie.

American Bulldogs ARE NOT small animal aggressive, they have a higher prey drive. Two completely different things. I have a Cane Corso who shares a house with our ferret Falcor, who is out of his cage running around for about 3 to 4 hours a night. The dog does like to chase but stops and lays down when she is told. Now the differnece. Dogs know no size. I wouldn’t be suprised if your maltese becomes the dominant dog because small dogs tend to have a Napolean complex to a degree. As long as you make sure that you are the alpha dog in the pack you will have no issues.
