What happens if they want papers when she gets into Detroit and she doesn’t have any? Will they want papers? Can I get a MI vet to declare health once he’s already flown in? I called detroit metro but they have not returned my call.

They won’t let you put the dog on the plane without a health certificate. It doesn’t take long just a vet appointment.
